Hello there! Well C-Man, the kitties and I have begun are travels. Our movers showed up 4 hours late and pushed us way behind schedule. We are presently in a Holiday Inn Express about an hour and a half from Los Angeles. I tried to upload pictures in this business center but couldn't figure it out. So I will post pictures as soon as I can. Stay tuned for an update tonight. We land at the Grand Canyon this evening.Cheers!
I stopped by Target and bought some Motorola walkie talkies for C-Man and I. They have helped tremendously! It is like we are experiencing the drive together even though we are in seperate cars. By the way, both of our cars are packed down to the limit plus we have a cat carrier with our babies in it! It has been a very interesting trip so far. Furhermore, my experience tells me thus far to (1) Never bring kitties on a cross-country road trip (unless you absolutely must such as our case) (2) If you are driving seperate vehicles get walkie talkies and come up with trucker names for one another. C-man is Spicy Chicken and I am rack of lamb. It has been fun!

how exciting to see the grand canyon! that is one of many places where i felt like i was just a pebble in the sand. it is huge!
sorry, that your move has started off not so good. but wow! what an exciting time. my dad & i have driven across the country (CA to TN) 3 times. i have wonderful memories of that time we spent together & the places we saw. have a great trip!
