Happy Valentine's Day!
This reminded me of when I was younger and there was a boy who I was crazy over. I did rotate my life around him, but he never returned the love. It makes me realize what Valentine's Day is all about: Returning the love to the people who love us! There are many times in our life that we look back on and wonder why we let that pass us by or wonder why we didn't tell that person we loved them? Life is so precious and Valentine's Day is a day where we can express ourselves and have that chance to say what we want to say. Everyday should be like that, but at least we have an "excuse" to do it on this day! So don't let the moment pass you by, tell everyone who is special to you that you love them. I am so happy I found a man who did let me "catch" him... C, I love you! Happy Valentine's Day!

My Straighter Smile Starts Today
Today I started wearing my invisalign braces. It has been so bizarre having something in my mouth all day. It is hard to pronounce correctly and I have been spraying people when I talk. Therefore I have been talking less, which has surprisingly helped me stay out of trouble with the dragon lady. By the way, trying to say something sarcastic, when one has a new lisp, comes across very funny and not effective whatsoever.
I have not been snacking because it is a pain (literally) to take them out and clean them just to eat something. However, I think they might be the best thing for me; considering I am trying to shed a few pounds before the wedding. Plus, I have an excuse to stay quiet and that way I stay more calm. I will make an update in a month to see the progression towards my new straighter smile!

Smile Fierce
Today I realized that there is a smile for no matter what mood one might be in. I have been letting things get to me in a negative way lately and I came up with my fierce smile method. When something or someone is bothering you, just turn and put a fierce smile on your face. This is different than sarcasm or arrogance. You may need to practice in the mirror to nail it just right, but it is really effective. I feel that my fierce smile sends a message of confidence and repels any negative energy trying to get me down. It is a smile of strength and love. When you smile like this it will send a message right back saying, "I'm sorry, not accepting negative applications at this time."
Put on your fierce smile and not let anyone ruin your day ever again.
Happy Friday to everyone!
